1. General Refund Policy

FlyorBook facilitates bookings with various airlines. Refund eligibility depends on the fare type purchased and the airline's specific policies. Below are general guidelines for different scenarios.

2. Cancellation by Customer

Within 24 Hours of Booking

Full refund available for most bookings cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the flight departure is more than 7 days away.

Refundable Fares

If you purchased a refundable fare, you can cancel and receive a full refund minus any applicable service fees (typically $25-$50).

Non-Refundable Fares

Non-refundable fares may be eligible for credit towards future travel, subject to airline policies and change fees.

3. Cancellation by Airline

If your flight is cancelled by the airline:

  • You are entitled to a full refund
  • Alternative flights may be offered at no extra cost
  • Additional compensation may apply under certain regulations (EU261, etc.)
  • FlyorBook will assist in processing your refund request

4. Price Lock Refunds

Price locks on FlyorBook are free. If you choose not to complete a booking during the 15-minute lock period, no charges apply.

5. Auto-Book Cancellations

For bookings made automatically through our target-price bidding feature:

  • Standard cancellation policies apply based on fare type
  • You will receive immediate notification when auto-book triggers
  • 24-hour cancellation window applies from booking time

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Credit Card: 5-10 business days
  • Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Airline Credit: Issued immediately

7. Service Fees

FlyorBook service fees are non-refundable except in cases of:

  • Airline-initiated cancellations
  • Duplicate bookings made in error
  • Technical errors on our platform

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log into your FlyorBook account
  2. Go to "My Bookings"
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel
  4. Click "Request Refund" and follow the prompts

9. Disputes

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has been denied, please contact our customer service team. We will review your case within 5 business days and provide a resolution.
