FlyorBook is a flight booking marketplace that provides real-time pricing, target-price bidding, price predictions, and automated booking services. We act as an intermediary between users and airlines.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Booking and Payments
When you make a booking through FlyorBook:
- You agree to pay the displayed price at the time of booking
- Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed
- Price locks guarantee the displayed price for 15 minutes
- Auto-book features will charge your saved payment method automatically when conditions are met
5. Target-Price Bidding
Our target-price bidding feature allows you to set a desired price for a flight. By using this feature:
- Bids are monitored 24/7 until expiration
- If auto-book is enabled, booking occurs automatically when your target is met
- Bids expire after the specified duration (default 24 hours)
- We do not guarantee that prices will reach your target
6. Price Predictions
Our ML-powered price predictions are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions and are not liable for decisions made based on them.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective airline's terms. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.
8. Limitation of Liability
FlyorBook is not liable for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines
- Losses resulting from price prediction inaccuracies
- Technical issues preventing bookings or bid triggers
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
